Privacy notice
In short: we only use the data you leave in the form to reply to you. We don't sell it and we don't pass it on to anyone for advertising. Below you'll find all the details, as the law requires.
Who is the data controller
The data controller is Antonio Lorusso, who works under the name Soolù.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as it isn’t required for a business like ours. For any question about your data, write to the email above.
What data we collect
1. What you write in the contact form:
- name;
- email;
- business;
- city (optional);
- the areas you’re interested in, or “Let’s talk first”;
- your message (optional).
We only ask for what we need to reply. Please don’t include sensitive information (health, political or religious views and the like) in your message: we don’t need it.
2. Technical browsing data. When you open a page, the server hosting the site automatically logs some technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. We need it to run the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use it to find out who you are.
3. Only if you consent in the cookie banner, the data collected by Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel:
- cookie identifiers;
- pages viewed;
- device and browser;
- approximate location.

Leaving us the form data is up to you, but without your name, email, business and at least one area we can’t reply. The checkbox under the form only confirms that you’ve read this notice: it doesn’t sign you up to any newsletter or list.
Who sees your data
Messages sent through the form are read only by Antonio Lorusso. To run the site we use a few providers who process data on our behalf, only for the service we need:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosts the site and handles form submissions.
- Resend (USA): delivers the form message to our inbox.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC): the Gmail inbox that receives the messages and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: only with your consent, the Meta Pixel. For collecting this data and sending it to Meta, Soolù and Meta are joint controllers. Meta then uses it as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.
We don’t sell your data and we don’t hand it to anyone for advertising purposes.
Data outside the European Union
Some providers are based in the United States. In those cases the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission decision of 10 July 2023) or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
Automated decisions
We don’t make automated decisions about you. Only if you accept marketing cookies may Meta and Google use browsing data to choose which ads to show you.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to (Arts. 15–22 GDPR):
- see what data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict how we use it;
- receive it in a readable format (portability).
You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest and withdraw your cookie consent whenever you like, using “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, anything done before stays valid.

If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority in your country.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 14. If we find out we have, we delete it.
Changes
If the site changes, we update this page. The date below shows the latest version.
